Baking the KindCrumb Way: Expanding Our Allergen-Free Offerings
This eLearning microlearning course was designed and developed to prepare bakery employees for the addition of egg and dairy-free options by introducing key substitutions and customer support guidance.
Problem:
Bakery employees need to support the upcoming addition of egg and dairy-free baked goods, but many are not yet familiar with the reasons behind this change or the specific substitutions used. This knowledge gap can lead to confusion when baking or assisting customers with dietary needs, potentially impacting customer satisfaction and product quality.
Solution:
This microlearning module will provide employees with a clear understanding of why egg and dairy-free options are being introduced and the substitution methods involved. Armed with this knowledge, employees will be confident in baking these new products and effectively communicating with customers, ensuring a smooth transition and continued customer trust.

Problem:
Employees are struggling to prioritize their mental well-being due to high workloads, constant connectivity, and unclear work-life boundaries. This ongoing strain is leading to increased stress and burnout, highlighting the need for training that equips employees with practical strategies for self-care, mindfulness, and sustaining mental health on the job.
Solution:
Providing employees with mental health training will empower them to prioritize self-care and manage workplace stress more effectively. It can enhance emotional well-being, reduce burnout, and contribute to a healthier, more supportive work environment.

Problem:
The Crash Statistics Visualization Tool is new dashboard. In order for users be able to do their jobs effectively, they will need to know how to use the dashboard to build customized reports and drill down into crash data to understand safety trends and factors that cause crashes to occur.

Create a video overview that shows users how to use the dashboard and features real-world scenario questions from users currently in the field.

Strong Passwords
This Strong Passwords Microlearning package was developed for employees to be able to access from any mobile device.
Problem:
Strong passwords are a crucial defense against cyber threats. Employees using weak passwords can potentially allow unauthorized access and data breaches that may cause current and potential customers to explore other options and result in a loss of revenue.
Solution:
To supplement the annual cybersecurity training, a series of microlearning bundles consisting of a short video and accompanying job aid, will be developed to provide employees with easily digestable and accessible training materials that can be referenced quickly.

After receiving negative reviews, it has been determined that cashiers are unprepared to handle customer complaints. The unsatisfied customers take their business elsewhere, leading to a negative company reputation and a loss of revenue.
Solution:
The transparent handling of complaints contributes to a positive brand image, fostering customer loyalty and generating positive word-of-mouth referrals. By training cashiers in the B.L.A.S.T. method of handling complaints, negative experiences turn into positive ones and providing valuable feedback for continuous company improvement.
