I believe that learning should be engaging, visually appealing, customized, and well-designed while developing meaningful experiences that help people to succeed. As an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, I design and develop interactive and creative learning solutions that cater to the needs of the users while incorporating adult learning theory to help retain and apply valuable information and skills on the job.   

I am tech savvy and love learning new technology and authoring tools to add to my skill set. I currently have experience developing learning solutions using the following tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, Snagit, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Canva, Vimeo, iMovie, Powtoon, 7Taps, and WellSaid Labs. My goal for 2024 is to continue to learn how to use Adobe Creative Cloud.
